Get to know you
Let's discuss your goals, skills, interests, and investment levels. I want to understand what you are actually trying to build, financially, professionally, and personally.
The process
So I do not rush it. We move through four stages together, and you can pause, re-route, or step away at any point. No pressure on the clock. Only on the fit.
Let's discuss your goals, skills, interests, and investment levels. I want to understand what you are actually trying to build, financially, professionally, and personally.
We dig deeper into your preferences, lifestyle, and non-negotiables. This is where a lot of consultants skip ahead. I will not. The fit lives in the details.
I shortlist franchise brands from a vetted catalog that match what we have uncovered. Usually two to four companies to start. Never a flood. You stay in control of which introductions you take.
Validation calls with existing franchisees, FDD review, territory and financial due diligence. I walk with you the whole way. You are never handed a stack of PDFs and left to figure it out on your own.
Now the franchise investigation begins
Now you're starting the fun, exciting and a little bit scary part of the process. My advice: keep an open mind and learn all you can. Remember, you can't judge a book by its cover. So dig in. Ask the tough questions. Assess the companies through the lens of your skills and the goals you want to achieve. Then we'll narrow down the companies until we find the perfect fit. It seldom happens, but if we need to revisit companies, we will. Once in a blue moon, I may suggest that franchising isn't the right fit for you. Ruling something in is just as important as ruling something out. I want the best outcome for you.
15 minutes · phone or Zoom · no pressure
I will not walk you through every brand in our portfolio. I introduce you to the two or three that actually match where you are trying to go.
Some candidates move in weeks. Most take a month or two. One person took a year. Others return after a hiatus. The timeline belongs to the decision, not to me.
If a brand is not the right fit, I will say so. If franchising is not the right path for you right now, I will say that, too. Always honestly. Always kindly.
