Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays. You always know the basic menu, everyone expects to bring something and it’s so much fun getting together with family and friends. To start off this year’s Thanksgiving, I’ll be running a 10K “Turkey Trot,” which means I can have that second piece of pie without feeling too guilty!
It’s also a time to reflect on things we’re thankful for. We have all been truly blessed in so many ways. One of the things I’m thankful for is being able to celebrate my 10th year as a franchise consultant with FranChoice.
When I was initially invited to become a FranChoice consultant, I was hesitant, because I had never done franchise development, although I had done franchise marketing, operations and support. It was a big decision. I knew a couple of other successful consultants, so I decided to go for it and I’m so glad I did. Being able to help people have that encore career, or make a successful transition, or just give people career options and choices is truly rewarding.
Thank you for the trust and confidence you have put in me. I hope you have lots to be thankful for this Thanksgiving, too.
